As we embark on this new and exciting year, Image 2000 has set some goals to better our company. One of Image 2000's main goals is to have the best customer care service in our industry! Our customers deserve our dedication and we always strive to give them the best service possible! So this year we hired a new Customer Care Representative to make sure each and every customer gets the best communication regarding their service. We welcome Dominica Zeolla on board here at Image 2000 to fill that role. Dominica communicates with each and every customer before and after each call is placed and serviced. She works with the technicians to get their ETA's with the time they are able to service the customer. She then communicates with the customer of that service time. Once the tech has finished the service call, Dominica then follows up with a call to the customer to make sure they are happy and satisfied with the service Image 2000 has provided. Like mentioned, Image 2000 strives to be the best when it comes to customer care in our industry and we have made it our top goal this year! We know and understand the importance of a promise and when we say that Image 2000 will have the best customer care service, we know we won't let our customers down! Not only is Dominica filling the role of Customer Care here at Image 2000, but she is also taking over in Marketing. She will be taking care of any Marketing needs of the company, including social media. We are excited to have Dominica on board here at I2K! Image 2000 would like to introduce to you Angela Dell' Orfano, our new Director of Operations. Angela's main goal here at Image 2000 is to better the process of receiving orders from sales and have the equipment delivered as efficiently as possible. She wants to focus on utilizing technology in order to share data more effectively. Another goal of her's is to assure parts that are used most frequently are stocked with our technicians to minimize the demand of overnighting parts and ensure the customers get serviced as soon as possible. With Angela's assistance here at Image 2000, it allows Joe Hubbard to focus on bettering our customer service team and managing our large commercial accounts. Angela comes from Glendale Adventist and has 26 years in IT experience. She previously managed the IT team of 9 technicians. Angela was responsible for ordering IT hardware, managing inventory and replacing all printer/copy/fax machines at Glendale Adventist. She also assisted in the Office 365 roll out, end-user training and support. She is a highly motivated and organized individual. Her focus is on customer service and feels communication is key! We are so glad to have Angela apart of Image 2000!
